    Hi
Thanks for the reply, that certainly looks like part of the tune software (not sure if driver is from windows or from device mfg)

As you have already updated it, the best solution for now is not using it until there are updates available.

Thanks, not sure if they will update it as its a bit old, it was only a cheap tuner
will put up with it for now until I can get a replacement, it still works fine for watching tv or recording

unless todays windows update has done something to fix it :)

    Thanks again for your help

    Hi Again
Could I ask one more favour on this if its possible
Just if you have some spare mins as I am in no rush

I have a feeling this error might be something to do with J River Media Center, this has tv features in it but I don't use them, I have just had another crash and it happened while I was using this program (this seems to be common that at some point while this is open it crashes)

Do any of the previous logs show this app doing anything before the crash, or do the logs not show this info

Was this media center app open in the other crashes?
I currently do not have acces to my laptop so I cannot look in the files.

I am about 90% sure I had this app open every time it crashed

I am going to not use it for a few days and see how things go, but its possibly looking like a cause

Just trying to narrow down what I was doing when it happens to find the culprit, all day yesterday and last night I had no problems, opened this program this morning to play a video and an hour later I got a BSOD with this app open

Please check this software for updates.
The problem is, you don't have to open the software to get a crash caused by the software.

no software updates for it, its a newish version, only came out a couple of months ago

I have disabled the tv feature in it and am now checking there forum to see if any issues

It might just be coincidence, but trying to see a pattern to the crashes
