    Bsod- dpc_ watchdog violation

My sister seems to be having issues on her laptop with it constantly having to restart and being presented with a blue screen with it saying DPC_ WATCHDOG VIOLATION.

I was wondering if anyone could help out with the issue as neither her or I have any real experience with dealing with Laptop issues.

I ran the scan as required(from the Before you post thread" and a folder was added to the desktop with the results, i attached the results to the message.

Thank you to anyone who is able to help us.

If you are using a program like Ccleaner please stop using it while troubleshooting.
This because programs like Ccleaner remove dump files that are needed to troubleshoot.
Or configure Ccleaner to not remove dump files:
There are some drivers that need updating as they aren't updated for Windows 10, some are also flagged in a few crashes.
    1. Check the manufacturer for driver updates, there are many drivers that might need updating,
    2. ArcSoft Webcam Suite, please update the software or remove it,
    3. Symantac (Norton), please remove it because it is likely not yet stable enough for Windows 10,
    4. Update or uninstall iTunes, a driver from Gear is flagged that iTunes uses.

The cause of the crashes is the Intel Wifi driver, check manufacturer for driver updates
