My bios seems to have an auto overclock, since i just reset it and it oc's my i5 2500k to 4350mhz and as far as i know it is supposed to go up to 3.7 (however my previous OC was 4.4 so funnily close), i assume i should find to disable the auto oc?

Yes, overclocking could cause some crashes.

Okay i have defaulted as much of the OC settings as i could find, and so far i see no issue with prime, i will attach a screenshot with Hwmonitor and prime95 running.Attachment 40860

Edit: However what might be interesting is that the amount of runs are completely uneven, no clue if that is actually relevant.. but yeah..Attachment 40861

The Intel driver update utility was not able to find any new drivers for me? I will run memtest tommorow (bedtime now and haven't had time to burn it yet xD). But so far the system seems stable, was there anything else worth noting, maybe in the log books?

Nothing that I would find unusual.
With every crash, something has stopped working earlier, but it is everytime a different service/program.

The memory issue seems to be thanks to the XMP profile, still have not gotten around to memtesting but i'm figuring that now, have had an extremely busy week xD. But putting the xmp to auto (or manual) seems to have fixed that issue at least..

I must have forgotten to add the frequency of the memory.

If you are still experiencing BSOD and require help, please use the tool again and upload the zip file.

So far i have had no issue at all anymore.. I am going to mark this as solved. Strange however the XMP profile doesn't work xD. But i got it set to manual and no issues.
