    application hang event


    I need to get the attached application to run. it has suddenly stopped interacting with windows. attached is the screenshot. the application is kernel.exe.

    Was this software working fine earlier? If yes, have you tried system restore?

    I don't have the bsod. I just cant get this application to run. other than this program I want to run, everything else runs as it should with no other problems.

    and yes, the software was running just fine couple weeks ago, and have not been able to run it since. it started after a reboot of the pc. and thank you for looking at it for me. and system restore doesn't go back quite far enough to when the problem arose. the program upon start, hangs with a message "shell notify active" if that helps.
