If you have removed the files, it should be fine yes.
Watch it for a few days, if any bluescreen occurs within the next few days please use the tool again and upload the zip file.
Just got another one. Look at the one that happened today. I saw in BlueScreenView: ndis.sys, ntoskrnl.exe, and tcpip.sys without nwifi.sys this time. Please help.

Please remove KMSnano and the program (likely office) that has been activated with it.

I don't think that has to do anything with the BSOD, I've had it since Windows 8 and throughout Windows 8.1. If that is causing the BSOD, then I will. But what exactly is causing it? It's not VirtualBox anymore because I successfully removed that and restarted my computer after doing so. Whenever I look at 'BlueScreenView' it says that ndis.sys, ntoskrnl.exe, and tcpip.sys are causing those bluescreens. How do I fix those?

Windows 8 and 8.1 are different Operating Systems then Windows 10.

KMSnano is a program like KMSpico
KMSpico heavily modifies code that causes the installation to behave it in unexpected ways. Analyzing BSOD's and determining their causes on with these sorts of installations is very unreliable. For this many analysts won't attempt it
The cause of the latest dump is the Atheros network adapter.
The driver is very old and needs updating, please check here for driver updates.
    Code:
    3: kd> lmvm athrx
    start end module name
    fffff800`40350000 fffff800`405dd000 athrx T (no symbols)

Alright, I'll be removing it. Could you link me to exactly which version I need to install for the driver? Direct link to the download would be nice. Thanks.

A newer version at least needs to be installed.

I cannot give you a direct download link for specific reasons.

I've uninstalled Office 2013 and 2010 but I'm not sure if KMSnano was completely removed. I've downloaded the Drivers but can't seem to replace "athrx.sys" with the updated 2015 version. Keeps giving me: "The action can't be completed because the folder or a file in it is open in another program". I've attached a .zip here for you to check if KMSnano still exists on my computer.

    It is not removed.
Check in {windows partition}\Program Files\ and see if there is a folder called KMSnano.

Have you checked your installed apps for this program?

I've updated the Atheros driver successfully. I've removed the folder but there was nothing inside it. No folder in Program Files. KMSnano was inside C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs but I deleted it from there, also deleted it from the Windows.old folder in my C drive but when looking inside the folders there was nothing in it. Am I all good now?

Here's a update .zip to see if KMSnano still exists.
