This error is caused by hardware memory error a.k.a. the RAM.
    Please follow the instructions below

    Diagnostic Test

     RAM TEST

Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums

    Note   Note

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

If the test gives zero errors, please clean the contacts of the RAM with isopropyl and reseat it properly.

Okay, I'll test them one at a time this run.

I'll keep you in the loop, thanks again!

Hi Axe, I ran 23 passes with 16GB of RAM.

    it took a long time, but I thought I'd make sure . . .
So here is what I noticed. . . If I am not on my computer for over 12-24 hours - I can play 3-4x games, and THEN it starts to consistently crash after each game.. I'm not sure if it's my motherboard slots - I attach 1 RAM for each slot, yet it still crashes for each slot.

Thanks sir ! (I've been gone the past 2 days, but I'm finally able to reply)

Have you cleaned the RAM contacts and reseated the RAM?

Yes, although I'm not sure what to clean. They are fresh from two different packages - all 4 RAM sticks.
Would I just use an air compressed spray?

Remove the memory modules and clean all the contacts with isopropyl.

A compressed air spray is for the fans for removing dust.

Trying to post them from my phone, but I get placed at my log in screen - I type in password, then a big black box that says error on the title top area appears with no texts inside. Then it boots me back into the log in screen . . . And my resolution is changed, so I take it my gpu driver is out or something. . ?

This is fun, I've learned a lot so far.

    Ok so here we go:

Image - TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing Video Hosting

After 1-2 restarts, my computer is back to normal. . .

As we speak, I will be playing a much more highly intensive game (And have yet to crash or BSOD)
