Search for an installation package that supports 64 bit.

There isn't one. I've looked on AMD's website, checked google for other people who may have figured out a way to do it, there's no other installer inside the zip file from pictures 5 and 6. Here's the extracted folder: Mega File Upload - AMD-Catalyst-15.8Beta-32Bit-Win10-Win8.1-Win7-Aug23.zip I couldn't get it uploaded to ten forums so i uploaded it here.

Omg, I feel so stupid! I have the R9 290, not the R9 200! I got confused because when I used your system specs tool to update my system specs, it said "R9 200 series". That worked. It's installing now.

Haha I already did. It's funny because I actually built the computer so you'd think I would remember its a 290. Okay so what's next?

I tried the verifier again. I've attached the new dmp file here: Attachment 36762

Seems like it still doesn't like atikmpag, the AMD driver.

Windows 10 indeed doesn't like the drivers.
You have only installed the drivers and not the Catalyst Control Center?
If so, then the GPU needs to be tested, to find out if the drivers are really the problem.

Run Furmark to stress test your GPU. FurMark - GPU Stress Test - Windows 10 Forums

Run Furmark for around 30 minutes.

Your GPU temperatures will rise quickly while Furmark is running. Keep a keen eye on them and abort the test if overheating occurs.

Yes, I only have the drivers. No Catalyst, Raptr, or ACP. Ran Furmark for 30 minutes. I saw no artifacts or errors and the temperature never made it to 80. It stayed at around 77-78 almost the whole time.
