The cause is a driver from the touchpad.
Please check your manufacturer for windows 10 compatible drivers.

    Code:
0: kd> lmvm ETDSMBusstart end module name
    fffff800`b3bf0000 fffff800`b3bf9000 ETDSMBus T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: ETDSMBus.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\ETDSMBus.sys
        Image name: ETDSMBus.sys

    Hi

Thanks for that i am amazed you found that , windows couldn't help , i have just updated the touchpad via the Lenovo website , i hope this does the job.
I have also noticed that the arrow keys and the delete key , when i hold it down they don't run on anymore , is this another problem? i have to click and click .

    Regards

    Christina

    Please do the following:

    • Open an admin command prompt
    • Copy/paste "sfc/scannow" (without quotes) and press enter
    • When it finished reboot your system
    • Open again an admin command prompt
    • Enter sfc/scannow again

If sfc/scannow doesn't say "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violation", please upload the cbs.log file located at {windows partition}\Windows\Logs\CBS\, if the file is too large try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive, mediafire etc.
System File Check(SFC a.k.a. Windows Resource Protection) needs to have your system rebooted in order for sfc to try to fix the problems that it finds.

Search for command prompt, right click it and choose to run as administrator.
Run the command "sfc/scannow" (without quotes) and wait until it finished
If the message when finished is not "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violation" then reboot your system and do it again (opening command prompt as admin and enter sfc/scannow).
