    SOOO I went throught updated the Bios on the motherboard, updated the chipset drivers, updated the graphics drivers . so far so good no bsods for a few hours.

    You still were getting bluescreens?
    I assumed the bluescreens are gone since you weren't replying anymore in a long time.

    So I figured out that it was a combo of problems with the set up.
    1. video card driver was not exactly stable.
    2. chipset drivers were out of date.
    3. BIOS was out of date and didnt fully support my cpu resulting in the os trying to access features not available on the cpu with the old bios.


    thank you to axe0 and the AMD and ASrock support teams. but mainly axe0.

    I ended up updating the the latest amd radeon crimson edition drivers,
    installing the current chipset drivers
    and updating the bios.
