Both drivers are 1 time coming in each different dumps.
So there are 5 dumps, and only in the 1st is BHDrvx64 and 3rd SYMEVENT64x86 flagged.
All the dumps are saying memory corruption so I think it is more due to your RAM, but there needs to be prove to be definitive.

    Links to driver reference table:
    http://www.carrona.org/drivers/drive...EVENT64x86.SYS
    http://www.carrona.org/drivers/drive...d=BHDrvx64.sys

    The drivers are underlined

Thanks for the info. I have uninstalled Norton. I too agree that it makes more sense that it would be Ram. Even if I do not get any more crashes today I will plan to run the tests to ram tonight.
Again. Many thanks for the help.

    You're welcome :)
    I'm glad I can help.

It is smart to test the RAM.
Ofcourse, you can install Norton again when the problem is solved.

Ok. No blue screens after uninstalling Norton.
I couldn't boot to the memtest86+ with USB. It said it was not a bootable device. I tried installing several times to the usb with the same issue.
I then installed memtest86 and I was able to boot and start the tests. Problem I have now is that I can not wake up my screen to see the progress. I tried space bar, enter and various other keys. Earlier I tired esc but that terminates the job. I don't know if this saves results when it's done or if it completes and screen will wake.
    I'll guess I'll see tomorrow

it's what I feared. The monitor won't respond to any keyboard input so I couldn't get to any results page. Any advice?

Did you format the USB before installing MemTest on it?

Yes, I selected that option (step 8) in running the installer. I did this 2x. I was going to try an earlier version to see if that worked.

I tired running the 4.20 installer with the same issue. when it attempts to boot to the usb drive it says "missing operating system".
I'm following the instructions you pointed me to MemTest86+ - Test RAM and there is nothing that says I need to do anything different to make the usb bootable. Am I missing something?

I'm going to try something else. I've downloaded the latest iso version of memtest86+and I'm going to use rufus to format the usb drive.
