    This appears to me , when i turn on the computer and then disappears.Does someone knows how to fix this,i will be gratfull.

    Welcome to the forums budroni, it looks like something in your startup. Try disabling some of your programs in startup and see if it stops.

    Startup Items - Add, Delete, Enable, Disable in Windows 10
