    How do I know what key should I press? F8 and shift + F8 doesn't work.

    Try: press F9 on booting up (right after you power on and see the ASUS logo), you should then be able to access system recovery.

    Please check this link for downloading the windows media tool.
    The download is 3GB, you can install windows again with this tool, but also go into the repair options.

    Follow this tutorial for creating the tool.

    Once the media has been created on a USB, boot from it.

    Note   Note
    Instead of choosing an ISO file, click on USB Flash drive at step 5 from option 2

    When I enter this link, it downloads the ISO file, not windows media tool. What should I do with the ISO file?

    Go to the advanced options, open command prompt and type verifier/reset
    After that try to boot normally.

    When I type that, it says that no settings were changed.
