    I can't enter troubleshooting options because BSOD doesn't occur everytime I restart my computer.

    Do you have created or have your rescue media as suggested before enabling driver verifier?

    Alright, I hope rescue media works too from a VM.

    I'll pm you a download link for rescue media windows 10 pro x64, I hope the difference between windows 10 and windows 10 pro doesn't matter with rescue media.

    Really odd, it seems that my VM doesn't recognize the USB.

    Try to get into the troubleshooting options by pressing f9 on boot until you see a loading screen.
