    Hello csmdew

This could be a RAM issue.

    Code:
    MEMORY_MANAGEMENT (1a)
        # Any other values for parameter 1 must be individually examined.
    Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000031, The subtype of the BugCheck.
    Arg2: ffff908e21cd6280
    Arg3: ffffc601d168c000
    Arg4: ffffa18bb482b4ef
This subtype is explained by Microsoft:

0x31; The image relocation fix-up table or code stream has been corrupted. This is probably a hardware error.

It would suggest the RAM might be faulty.

    Diagnostic Test

     RAM TEST

Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums

    Note   Note

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 complete passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

    Addition:
If errors show up you can stop the test, remove all sticks but 1 and test this single stick in each slot for 8 passes or until errors show, switch sticks and repeat.

That seems to confirm the analysis - hope you get sent a matched replacement, alternatively they may want to replace both sticks so that they can be assured they are a matched pair.

Best wishes. You can mark this as solved or wait until you get the replacement and have tested for a day or two.
