Is this the same SSD you have been using? Or is it a new one?

Loiez, You did the install and installed nothing on your own, correct?

Didn't you say you were having the same problem with Windows 7 before the upgrade to 10? Do you have the Windows 7 install media? Can you also upload the DM Log collector?

If you are having problems with both systems, you most likely have a hardware problem. That is why I asked you not to install anything. Please upload the DM Log collector again. Then please try to install Windows 7. When you get to this page you don't have to enter the product key and make sure the checkbox is unchecked. We are only using it for testing.

    Code:

That is your Realtek NICDRV 8169 PCIe GBE Family Controller driver - rt640x64.sys Try to find a more current windows 10 driver for it on your motherboard's web site or Realtek web site. Just make sure it is Windows 10.

Also, please go to setting > Update and security > Windows update > advanced options > View your update history and tell me how many updates have been installed.
