Could you please explain your meaning "optimised defaults"

It is a setting in BIOS that sets everything back to what it was when it was sent from the factory.

It seems that the sata type has stayed the same from factory default, I also enabled xmp to fix those timing differences.

I'll keep using my computer normally, so far no bsods today.

Please go to Control Panel and uninstall all Nvidia drivers except the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver.
