Why do you have AMD CCC installed? You have an Nvidia card. Nvidia and AMD do not get along well.

Try booting into safe mode or try a system restore to a point before you uninstalled the drivers. System Restore Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums

You may have to do a refresh or a Reset of Windows if you can't boot normally, Refresh Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums.

Personally, if it were me I would do a clean install and install nothing. Just do a clean install and install nothing at first, just try it out for a while and see if it works right. Windows 10 - Clean Install - Windows 10 Forums

Just let Windows install all of the drivers, then run all Windows Updates and just use the default install for a while to see if everything works.

I forgot to add that when I fresh installed windows 10 i found out that my windows 7 installation put the system reserved partition onto my mechanical hard drive, although I've been able to boot without my hd connect, do I need to remove that during the fresh install? And how?

I always do. I disconnect all hard drives I am not installing Windows on. That way mistakes can't be made.

If I remove the partition during setup then turn off the computer an unplug it, will it put the partition on my primary drive?
and do I remove the 450mb recovery partition if I can?
