Are you perhaps switching between your GPU's?
If you aren't, I suggest to test the memory using MemTest86+
    Read the instructions below carefully

    Diagnostic Test

     RAM TEST

Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums

    Note   Note

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

Depending on how many sticks you have, if 1 you need to replace it, test each stick in each slot separated from the other stick and test again. Note the results to find out what is faulty, a slot or stick

Thanks for your answer, so bsod of my laptop is because of ram stick problem, not driver?

That is not what is going on, a slot/stick is causing problems, but that doesn't mean the drivers are ruled out.
This is why, after you find out what slot/stick is causing problems and have taken the appropriate actions, you need to test your system to ensure the problem doesn't return.

hi axe0, since my asus k46cb 2gb ram is built in, I not dare to disassemble it. Any other way to test the memory stick?

If you have warranty, check what you are allowed to do without voiding it.
If you can't open the laptop, you need to contact ASUS for this
