    blue screen issue


    after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step

    Your single dump is a 0x19 which is usually down to a driver, but none are showing in the stack. However, there are plenty of instances of this which leads me to believe that it's your video card driver.

    Try a clean installation of the video driver.

    1. Uninstall Daemon Tools via Add/Remove Programs.
    2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and perform the following steps.
    3. Double click the executable to open it.
    4. Click the button shown below.

    If the button it is grayed out as shown in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system and you can just close the window.

    uninstalled NVidia drivers rebooted pc too 8 gig memory not being detected finally after monthes the faulty memory decided to not detect to board so took out the pair downloaded 13 august drivers did a custom clean install and only installed PhysX and graphics also uninstalled daemon tools and ran the sptd app to see if it was installed and it wasn't went to bed woke up dismorning too a blue screen reboot
