    Kmode exception not handled. fvevol.sys

    Hi,

Thank you for looking at my problema!

I migrated to W10pro about a week ago and I must say all went perfectly smooth and well!
    Nothing special until this morning.
Using Bitlocker on both partitions, startup and data.
I started up normally, but when unlocking the data disk, on the momento I gave the password en pressed Enter, I was presented with a blue screen telling error:
Kmode exception not handled. fvevol.sys We must restart your pc to............

Pc then rebooted, and after a rather long time (2 minutes) with full HD activity it came up again normally.
When I did the unlocking of data disk, all went well this time.

So, I really don't know if this was just a one time incident or if I should do something to track the real problema behind and solve it. I would like to be assured it won't como back or worse..

    Thanks for any tips!

Then you should have posted here instead of bumping your own thread Waiting for a response? Post here. - Windows 10 Forums

As for your single dump it's blaming Intel Rapid Storage. If you're not running a RAID setup disable IRST for testing purposes.

Sorry! This -- NOTE: Please do not create duplicate threads and posts on the same issue. Doing so will only waste your time and the time of other members trying to help. -- led me to believe it was a cardinal sin to create another thread on the same problem.

Thank you very much! Both for getting me knowing better the way inside this fórum, as well as your technical tip.
I have disabled IRST from startup and will see next days if the failure comes back or not.
What is confirmed (5 times now) that this error occurs always at the same action: Unlocking Bitlocker of my 2nd data HDD.

I will follow up the info.

It means do not start multiple threads for your own problem.

Disabling RST did not do the trick. Same error again.
Now I have uninstalled it completely, to see if this helps. Don't know really if I needed it anyway?

    Let's wait and see.

    Still same error

After some peaceful days, a moment ago, once again, the same error, at the same moment!
IRST is no longer installed, so some other cause must be present.

    Thank you for more suggestions!

    New logs attached.
