Can you let me know how to "event and click details tab and see what it reports"? I've never worked with registry changes...
You are NOT doing anything with registry you are simply going to see what is apparently accountable to that entry in your events logs. However IMHO It is now best to leave this issue UNTIL you have completed your testing with zbook.

Firstly you are running Memtest or going to and secondly you are running Furmark again.

Whilst I am not sure that Furmark on that integrated graphics is going to show anything, if those temps reported in HWMonitor and Speedfan are correct temps on those sensors, I would be concerned.

    2) Run Memtest86 version 8.3 (or newer version if available) for four passes.
Repeat the test so that eight passes are performed.

Memtest86 has a feature to produce a text report.
Please post this in addition to the images.
When I created the MemTest86 USB stick and then booted from it, it automatically when into testing. I let it run for 3-hours with no failures. I cannot include the HTML report as the forums system won't allow me, but I did a copy/paste of the file below:

The driver may need to be modified again.
Other hardware components may need to be tested pending the results of Memtest86.
    Per zbook:

The logs had displayed no BSOD using: 26.20.15019.19000
The logs displayed BSOD using: 26.20.15015.1007

I wished that there was some correlation of what I've installed recently to what is above:

    01/29/2020 Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.1.3 Recommended (WHQL) - BSOD

And AMD software states Driver Version: 19.50.19.19-200228a-352369C-RadeonSoftwareAdrenalin2020

    The attachment did not open.

The GPU driver data was recorded from the V2 logs.
The V2 logs were created after each BSOD.

    The computer was without BSOD.
    Then the driver was changed.
The computer had BSOD with the replaced driver.
It's unclear as to why you did this?
How come the instructions were not followed?

For RAM testing there needs to be two tests of 4 passes each.
Use a camera or smartphone camera to take pictures and post images into the thread.
    Also post the text report.

Please clean the computer vents and fans and inspect other areas for dust and cleaning.

    Good Morning Everyone,

As it turns out the latest (AMD recommended drivers) that have been relatively stable (no BSOD) and only lock-ups, have now started to produce BSOD:

    03/05/2020 Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.2.2 Recommended (WHQL)

This morning and afternoon, we've got several back to back BSOD, so I'm uploading the usual DM and V2 zip files:

    RYZEN5-(2020-04-20_19-47-54)
    RYZEN5-04_20_2020_194944_81

The last two (2) dumps this evening were while attempting to update these forums:

    04/20/2020 07:59 AM 042020-8781-01.dmp
    04/20/2020 08:09 AM 042020-10390-01.dmp

Thank you again zbook and Macboatmaster for your continued support.

I have ran MemTest86 twice (2) with four (4) passes, and no failures.

    Good Afternoon,

Ran Prime95 last night, after 1.5-hours with no issues I've stopped it as I was going to sleep.

Ran Prime95 again this morning, for 3+ hours with no issues. Screenshots attached within about 30-minute intervals.

    Hoping there are next steps.

The computer has had multiple recurrent BSOD.
The misbehaving driver seen in all recent BSOD were the AMD GPU drivers.
    Code:
    Driver	C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERSTORE\FILEREPOSITORY\U0352369.INF_AMD64_275818C45A90B362\B352355\ATIKMPAG.SYS (26.20.15019.19000, 576.02 KB (589,840 bytes), 03/02/2020 11:36 AM)

See if you can find a friend, neighbor, relative, or local computer store to swap test the CPU with iGPU.
    https://www.amd.com/en/products/apu/amd-ryzen-5-3400g

    Ideally perform two tests:
    a) test a new CPU/iGPU in the problematic computer
    b) test the CPU/iGPU in another computer

I am not saying that I can solve your problem.

However, if you wish me to try, even if I am not successful in solving it, at least to provide a possible definite diagnosis, then I am willing to do so.

Please indicate if you so wish.
If you do agree, it is vital that you make ONLY the changes I suggest, during the time I am helping you and post the result of each such change, before I make my next recommendation.

My policy is to only make one change at a time as that is although, a little long winded, in my experience the best way forward.
