    An update:

We have not had a BSOD since installing the 20.2.2 AMD drivers (03/05/2020 Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.2.2 Recommended (WHQL)). Unfortunately, we've been seeing system freezes constantly for the past few days, this morning every 30+ minutes that required a forced power-off and restart.

I've included these two new V2 and DM files, but I'm not sure if it will show any evidence of the freezes:

    RYZEN5-(2020-04-17_11-31-14)
    RYZEN5-04_17_2020_112707_77

I will attempt to remove the video drivers again using DDU and install older 20.1.3 drivers:

    01/29/2020 Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.1.3 Recommended (WHQL)

    1) For post #20:

    a) indicate whether there were any unusual temperatures

    b) when available post images of the Furmark results

    2) Run Memtest86 version 8.3 (or newer version if available) for four passes.
Repeat the test so that eight passes are performed.

MemTest86 - Official Site of the x86 Memory Testing Tool

Use a camera or smart phone camera to take pictures and post images into the thread.
In case there are any problems uploading images use share links (one drive, drop box, or google drive)

Memtest86 has a feature to produce a text report.
Please post this in addition to the images.

    3) Indicate the availability of hardware components to swap such as PSU

    Hi
zbook may well post back with a suggestion, if he does then perhaps you would be best following that suggestion, however if you wish to try this (edit zbook has posted, I was typing this and attaching screenshot so was not aware of his post)
You have these apps running on start-up -please see my screenshot
I suggest you turn them all OFF except the security one.

Should you wish to use the others you simply open them.
It could be that one of these is responsible,

Although I have searched your reports I cannot see a registry cleaner in use, but I think I see evidence of one.

Are you aware of a user account named C:\Users\kasia - as it on that account that there appears to be evidence of a registry cleaner.

Personally I do not think your current crashes/hangs are due to the RXVega graphics driver.

Whether they are due to power issues I do not know, but some are reported in the power logs.

Appears that the 20.1.3 (01/29/2020) are less stable than the 20.2.2 and we got another BSOD:
I've uploaded both zip files of DM and V2
    RYZEN5-04_17_2020_125254_17RYZEN5-(2020-04-17_12-55-10)

I will reinstall the 20.2.2 drivers and run Post #20 (FurMark), along with MemTest. I will disable all start-up programs outside of security.

At the moment, I don't have hardware swap that I can do.

As for the user Kasia, there has been very little usage from that account and that person is not technically savy. I can erase that account and restart from scratch if necessary. I don't know anything about registry cleaner or what is it supposed to do.

Sorry... I didn't get a chance to run this. Had 20.2.2, reverted to 20.1.3, and now back on 20.2.2 and will run Furmark.

Here is the entry from one your recent logs
    Event[9875]:
    Log Name: System
    Source: Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-General
    Date: 2020-04-17T11:27:25.156
    Event ID: 16

    Computer: Ryzen5
    Description:
The access history in hive \??\C:\Users\kasia\NTUSER.DAT was cleared updating 6687 keys and creating 709 modified pages.

I do know that these such entries can appear, as part of automatic maintenance , or indeed a restart, either after an update or possibly unexpected shutdown.

However I do not remember seeing one that contains such number of modified keys - updating 6687 keys and creating 709 modified pages.

I recommend you go to that event and click details tab and see what it reports. It will possibly show you the cause of that report.

Ran the FurMark for 1-hour and had no issues.
Attached are screen shots from the beginning, a few in the middle, and at the end.

    Going onto MemTest86...

Can you let me know how to "event and click details tab and see what it reports"? I've never worked with registry changes...

The logs had displayed no BSOD using:
    Code:
    Driver	C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERSTORE\FILEREPOSITORY\U0352369.INF_AMD64_275818C45A90B362\B352355\ATIKMPAG.SYS (26.20.15019.19000, 576.02 KB (589,840 bytes), 03/02/2020 11:36 AM)

    The logs displayed BSOD using:
    Code:
    Driver	C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERSTORE\FILEREPOSITORY\U0351300.INF_AMD64_6D6CBD77AC26F221\B351053\ATIKMPAG.SYS (26.20.15015.1007, 577.80 KB (591,672 bytes), 01/27/2020 4:44 PM)

Please replace the GPU driver with:
    Code:
    Driver	C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERSTORE\FILEREPOSITORY\U0352369.INF_AMD64_275818C45A90B362\B352355\ATIKMPAG.SYS (26.20.15019.19000, 576.02 KB (589,840 bytes), 03/02/2020 11:36 AM)
The driver may need to be modified again.

Other hardware components may need to be tested pending the results of Memtest86.
