BSOD 0x124 hal.dll crash Windows 10

You're encountering 0x124s which are usually down to faulty hardware. There is no indication as to what piece of hardware is faulty however, please follow the instructions below.
Code:WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124) A fatal hardware error has occurred. Parameter 1 identifies the type of error source that reported the error. Parameter 2 holds the address of the WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure that describes the error conditon. 1. Uninstall Daemon Tools Ultra via Add/Remove Programs.
2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and perform the following steps.
3. Double click the executable to open it.
4. Click the button shown below.
InformationIf the button it is grayed out as shown in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system and you can just close the window.
WarningIf you're overclocking your system, revert back to stock clocks now.
NoteTest the system once the overclock is removed before continuing with the steps outlined below.

WarningYour CPU temperatures will rise quickly while under this stress test. Keep a keen eye on them and abort the test if overheating occurs.
Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums
Note
MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

NoteDo not run SeaTools on an SSD as the results will be invalid.

Run Furmark to stress test your GPU. FurMark - GPU Stress Test - Windows 10 Forums
NoteRun Furmark for around 30 minutes.

well I've done pretty much everything at this point..
what do I do after i realize what the problem is? which seems to be what @User -BOOZAD wanna know
do I just send my CPU into the store and say "you guys gave me a faulty hardware.. I WANT A NEW ONE" ?
could someone help out? I've check everything and still i get repeatedly BSOD
I have not overclocked,
I have not fiddled with the bios settings,
I have don't have a bad air circulation either,
