i keep getting crashes since i got w10 driver iqrl not less or equal (

Your Qualcomm Atheros AR8151 ethernet driver is being blamed. It's old and needs updating, check here for an updated version.

Another driver to be flagged is NovaShield KTDI driver, this belongs to Bullguard as far as I can see.

Uninstall Bullguard using teh tool linked below and use native Defender coupled with MalwareBytes.
