    For virtual memory:

check the box to Automatically manage paging file size for all drives

    reboot to maintain settings

    MSI created the firmware (BIOS).
    They update the BIOS.
They post instructions on the process.
There is no one better than MSI to guide you through the upgrade process.
Please create a new support ticket.

    Dear Jonathan ,

The BIOS version used on your laptop is not the same version as what we provided to the regular OEM MSI laptops, which is also the only BIOS version we provide.

As what we advised in the previous reply, since your notebook is a barebone laptop, if you would like to do the BIOS update, please contact the original vendor and check with them to see if they can provide you the updates you need. If you use other BIOS version that is different from what your laptop is currently using, it may affect the function of the laptop.

    Thanks & Best Regards,

    1) uninstall the Nvidia GPU driver using DDU (display driver uninstaller)
    2) re-install the Nvidia GPU driver from the Nvidia website
    3) make sure that you check the clean install box and if available install the physx driver.

Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 18.0.1.5 (or newer version if available)
Official Display Driver Uninstaller DDU Download
