Firstly, I would like to say sorry if my English is not enough.

My laptop runs windows 10 pro, and a while ago when I just browsing my laptop got BSOD that the code said SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION *(nettion.sys)/(netio.sys)* I forgot the last part.

thank you if anyone can help me.

Try removing internet download manager, that's what's getting flagged,

Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\idmwfp.sys, Win32 error 0n2*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for idmwfp.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for idmwfp.sys
