Irregular crashes since latest Windows 10 update

Help, I actually repair and update other people's PCs and Laptops for a living, but this is doing my head in !

Ever since the latest Windows update, 1803 I believe, I am having multiple problems with this PC. It crashes as a usual BSOD, completely unexpectedly and randomly, maybe after 3 days, maybe after 10 minutes ... it's not constantly doing it so I've left it a bit but now it's interfering with my work so I need to sort it out !

I've run diagnostic checks on my C drive (SSD) and that reports no problems, I've also run checks on my RAM and that returned no problems, though I did stop that after 5 of 15 passes as it had been running for 12 hours and I needed to file my tax returns !!!

I have no Windows Updates to install (apparently) and I have no Drivers to install (again apparently) thanks to IOBIT Driver Booster.

Event Viewer is throwing up a lot of errors but I am assuming (after Googling them) that a lot of them are irrelevant to me and unlikely to cause BSODs ... is this a Windows update problem or do I need to address something ? As I said, my head is frying ! The PC is not too old, 4 years, the Ram was doubled 2-3 years ago, the SSD was installed (at a guess) less than 18 months ago ... No checks with Ccleaner or Defraggler report any errors ...

I have run the tool that I am told to run and it says it has finished, but where is the report file for me to upload ?

This can be very likely be your issue. These programs cause more issues then that solve. I would recommend restoring to a restore point prior to any updates from this program.

The most recent Dump 1 shows your AMD driver as the most likely cause. Since it is a recent update then I recommend either trying a previous version or two or download the driver from the manufacturer website. Dump 2 shows memory corruption as the cause so I recommend running memtest procedure below to test.

    Code:
Dump 1:*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for atikmdag.sys

    Probably caused by : atikmdag.sys ( atikmdag+104db6 )ffff8684`448c09f0 fffff80b`c9624db6 : ffff8684`448c0dc8

Thismay take hours so plan to run it overnight.

    Testingtakes approximately 1 - 2 hours /GB RAM
Just1 error is a fail and you can abort testing
Thentest 1 RAM module at a time in the same DIMM each for 8 or more passes
WhenMemtest86+ has completed 8 or more passes take a picture and post an image andupload to your reply
