HELP!!! BSOD due to HDMI??? Nvidia 780Ti
Hi all,
So i purchased windows 10 home. Disconnected all unnecessary components. Using HDMI as that is my only available output. Formatted SSD and set to GPT. Tried to install windows 10 via disk... Kept crashing. Created USB boot from disk... Kept crashing. Took out battery from Mobo... Tried again... kept crashin, i endured and installed via USB after many hard restarts and got windows 10 OS working??? Crashing (always BSOD).
Two days before did the same thing with win 7... no issues.
After updating drivers (via brand name, most recent website driver downloads). Still crashing...
I was at my whits end and decided to take my pc to the local pc shop. He plugged it in via VGA... Guess what... Stable. I had to pay $20 to find out nothing was wrong with my setup.
Took pc home, plugged in HDMI. U guessed it, 2 seconds in BSOD. I have tried reinstalling Nvidia drivers(after uninstalling previous install of the same driver). Same problem. On top of this i cant get my resolution correct. During nvidia GPU driver install icons shrink to correct native then go chunky again toward the end.
I really can't use my pc properly and would prefer not to install old drivers.
Is anyone else having this issue? Can anyone please assist with a solution?
