I have checked and not double posted just forgot the quote marks
    here is my task manager
When you quoted me you posted my images twice. Here I quoted you but removed your image (so it does not show up twice).
If you click to the right of my image when you are quoting me then hit "backspace" the image will disappear.

On your Task Manager click on VIEW then hover your pointer over STATUS VALUES then click on SHOW SUSPENDED STATUS.
That will add values to your STATUS column.

Maybe I did not say that right. I posted my images then you posted the same images by quoting me. So the same images were posted twice. I think that is confusing and wasting space.

Your Mail App is not suspended? Is it open and reduced to your Taskbar? Was it open or closed when you took your screen shot?

No it was showing closed with no line above it.
As soon as I clicked on it the line above it Showed
So my Mail app must be active all the time also don't forget I have gmail and yahoo active as well
As I showed on post I have them on my added accounts,

Yes I now know on the post what you were on about

Now we have to find out why the other members Mail app is playing up

If you are not having NOTIFICATION problems when your Mail App is open or closed, I do not understand how you can find a solution on your computer. If you are not having a problem, how can you find the problem or solution?

I simply don't know what to ask you, if your system is working fine.

Yes I cant understand how mine even when I upgraded did not have the trouble other members had.
Is it something I have installed besides McAfee, I have Boostspeed8, Anti Malware and TweatBix FixMyPc all from Auslogics
Could that be something to do with it

I hope I don't jinx myself my saying this

Since I ran the poweshell command to re register apps for all users yesterday, I have received all notifications when mail is open for the last 24 hours now
prior to this I would also have to reboot daily just to keep apps from crashing on first run in a morning (2nd time of starting them they worked fine), this morning everyone was working as expected without a reboot

Well looks like you have got there and well done, if it has been ok for 24 hours it should be ok now.
