Office 365 Outlook will not send emails since update to win 10

Thank you SO much for this fix, I was tearing my hair out. The scan takes almost an hour but so worth the time to do it.

This also worked for me, thank you, although it looks like it has altered some resolution settings - I'll investigate further. Should Windows 10 really need this low level of adjustment, though? It's marketed as the future for our children, more intuitive than ever, but these archaic os commands are, to me, mysterious technical spells that I follow blindly with no idea of the consequences, just hope and faith. All a bit scary.

Many thanks. I had exactly the same problem on a pristine clean (os system partition reformatted Windows 10 installation). Your solution worked perfectly. Why should there be corrupt files on on a brand new system?

Thanks for this worked for me. email stopped sending after win10 upgrade even though test emails worked fine. All working again after this.

works also on google sync! tried and tested.

This sounds like my Problem. However, I don't know what you mean by "Try this command from an elevated command prompt (administrator)".

Can you give some direction?
