What build are you on? If you are on a newer build there is no Spartan. We now use Microsoft Edge. It is much nicer than Spartan, more refined.

I know that your post indicates build 10162, but there is no Spartan available for build 10162. If you want to go to Edge just use your start menu tile. I have both Edge and IE activated, for laughs and giggles.

You know that you can have several web browsers loaded onto your machine and running simultaneously. For example many users, including myself, run Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge and Firefox at the same time. Why would you assume that just because you added Internet Explorer to your computer that it disabled Edge. Your Edge icon in the taskbar and your Edge tile in the start menu will only open Edge, they will not open Internet Explorer. If you have added an icon in your taskbar for Internet Explorer it will not effect the icon for Edge and it does look slightly different.
