how can i update only Adobe Flash Player for explorer and edge ?

i updated windows 10 pro 64bit to anniversary update but seeing several software i 'm paying for like photoshop cc don't work perfeclty , i restrore an immage before anniversary update

i stopped the update sevice

i update chrome and firefox Adobe Flash Player
but is there a way to download only Adobe Flash Player for w10 for explorer and edge?
in the microsoft catalog i can find it

Good, you obviously have realised that in Windows 10 Flash for IE and Edge can only be updated via Microsoft. You get this through Windows Update, my update history shows:

Security Update for Adobe Flash Player for Windows 10 Version 1607 (for x64-based Systems) (KB3201860)
Sucessfully installed on 28/10/2016

Finding it in the Catalog is just a matter of knowing the right KB number...

...or just search for 'Adobe Flash Player'...
http://www.catalog.update.microsoft....flash%20player
...then sort by date to find the latest.

If the AU causes you problems you can turn the update service back on and hide the Anniversary Update using Microsoft's wushowhide tool. Then you'll get all updates automatically, but still stay on 1511. Tutorial here:

hi are you sure does it work ?
because i did it several time , but i could Not hide update like anniversay update under w10 in this way
