Hijacked tried but cant stop

I use chrome but sometimes I have to use IE but I got hijacked in IE

on my W10 When I start IE now this is what I get
This pop up wont let me get into IE
I have run Avg, Kaspersky TDSSKiller Rkill MalwarebytesAnti-Malware HitmanPro\par AdwCleaner\par Zemana AntiMalware\par They found nothing besides cookies which I removed

I cannot get into IE to do anything there . I stop it using Taskmanager
I have searched the net but cannot see anything else to try has any one else had this on there IE or know of something else I can try

Sounds like you've picked up a browser hijacker somewhere, have you checked in Control Panel>Network and Internet>Internet Options and select Change Home your Home page and see whether it's been changed, if it has changed put it back to normal.Then try and open IE again then clear your browser history and check to see if any extensions you don't recognise have been added - remove any you don't recognise. Would also be worth installing a Popup/Adblocker extension as well if you haven't already got one.

I get to here but cannot see any reference to "Change Home your Home page" Am I missing something obvious

Thank you all for your responses... by dumb luck I fixed it. While pondering over why my internet properties where different to Sheltieuk It hit me that while I was frustrated with IE and sitting in a Black Haze I hated it that much that I decided to remove it but you can not in W 10 so next best thing I disabled it that is why the properties where different. So I re-enabled it and bingo that somehow has removed the pop up thingy . I will keep your notes for reference
