Try a Clean Boot. If that works, then add one startup item at a time and reboot each time, when the behavior returns, you will know what the problematic program is.

Tried that already and did not work.
Enable Hidden Built in Administrator account, log out as you, log in as Built in Admin, see if everything works. If not, you have a Hardware Problem.

Well without even trying the Built-In Administrator, the computer froze before even logging in to any account for that matter which leaves me to believe it is a hardware issue.
