    Google Chrome "err_network_changed"

    Hi,

I'm getting "err_network_changed" often on Google Chrome. i followed this guide to reset network and flush dns cache and it solved the problem, but few days later, the issue come back.

I'm using Google DNS. i don't want it removed because it does bypass blocked websites and i want anonymous torrenting. i had heard that my ISP's DNS are still connected even i connected to VPN making them possible to spy me, so i keep Google DNS

First off, I recommend not downloading illegal torrents or anything that could get you in trouble.

Secondly, go to Network and Sharing Center, and in the upper left hand corner, click Change Adapter Settings. If you have multiple devices, right click-disable on any of them that you aren't using, and see if that helps the issue.

And, don't worry, your ISP won't spy on you unless you give them a reason to.

There is no adapter that needs to be disabled. about "obtain dns server address automatically" does it get DNS from VPN service aumatically when connected to VPN or it keeps DNS from my ISP forever like iOS devices?

second problem is sometime Hulu tells me that i'm outside US even connected to US VPN and putting DNS server solves the problem
