@Mystere, the whole point of this thread is to post about how Spartan is working with whatever we try. That makes every post important, and not irrelevant. Ease up buddy
And i'm saying you shouldn't even be trying stuff that is known to not be supported, and then complaining that it's an "issue".

Let's say you are building a doll house for your daughter, or niece, or friends daughter or whatever. And you've just finished the framing, and put some siding on.. it still needs a lot of work, like paint, inside design, etc.. and the young girl in question begs you repeatedly to get a "peek" at it...

At first, you say you want it to be further along before you show it to her, but finally, you give in, and when you do she and all her friends and family come in and start criticizing everything about it, despite the fact you already told them it wasn't finished, and still had stuff to do...

How crappy would you feel? You'd probably be tempted to say "Screw it, I won't give you early access anymore, you'll see it when its done". And that's what i'm hoping to prevent, Microsoft getting fed up with all the people criticizing it for things that are obviously not finished, and getting fed up and cutting us off from previews.

If you're not strong enough to stand your ground expect pant-wetting.

And Microsoft aren't going to get fed up with this, the feedback has to go through several layers of drones before it gets to anyone who cares. Meaning it probably won't. They Spartan's unfinished, they're not going to be taking flak from all sides about issues they know exist.

Spartan wouldn't even launch for me, all I got was a blue background with the white globe in it. Tried it several times and the same thing. Then I tried it with IE already open and it worked? Now it works.

    I got a pop-up Windows Feedback...

And you can guess what my answer would be... :)
Is it possible that MS knows I am using Chrome and not IE or PS?

After this "experiment" is over, and Windows 10 ships, you can bet Microsoft will do a post mortem and analyze what worked and what didn't. Imagine if they see tons of blog and news articles from people calling Windows 10 crap because of people that jumped to conclusions based on unfinished versions. They may well conclude that this was a failed experiment, and go back to the old way of doing things where We don't see anything until it's too late to make any changes.

I don't say what I say because i'm concerned about MS's feelings, I say what I say because I am concerned WE will lose this precious opportunity to be part of the design of the OS, all because a few people can't comprehend the concept of "in development", or cannot resist the urge to jump to conclusions and broadcast them to everyone that will listen.
