Weired Text in IE 11 Right click menu

Not sure it will work.

Go to Programs and Features > locate Microsoft Office 2010 > right click at it > click Change > select Repair.

tried repairing office 2010 and also uninstalled it too now but still this text is comming in right click menu.Tell me how to remove text from right click menu so i shall remove them.

Solved the problem by deleting those entries in Registry file.
