    502 Bad gateway error message

I am getting 502 error from all my computers when I try to open National Heritage Board
. There is a long wait followed by the 502 Error message. I tried both Edge and Chrome browsers. I have cleared history , tried incognito mode and finally rebooted modem, router and computers ...all to no avail. I did a tracert and the first 10 hops OK then Its Time Out all the way to the 30 hops . Ping failed .

I tried various websites with " .gov.sg " extensions and had no problems reaching those sites. I also asked friends to try the nhb site and they had no problems at all .

Any ideas how to fix? Thanks

Wow, 715 days and still no replies. I am having the same problem when I try to access http://www.ncix.com, one of my favourite online retailers. I does not matter which browser I use or which of my computers I use, I get the same result. I only get this error with NCIX. I am pretty sure they have not gone out of business?

I can't comment on their financial state, but I can tell you that their webserver is in a bad way. This is a problem at their end, nothing to do with your system. I get the 502 error too for that site.

More info on what the 502 error means can be found here: https://www.lifewire.com/502-bad-gat...lained-2622939

Edit: I can tell you about their financial state, not good news I'm afraid...

On November 30, the firm closed down its last retail store and on December 1 it filed for bankruptcy with the Supreme Court of British Columbia...
...At press time, NCIX’s website was up, but it is hard to recommend to make purchases from a retailer that is in the midst of insolvency. At present, it is unknown what is going to happen to the online store and to the brand.

2nd Edit: you really don't want to read this...
    https://xncix.ca/topic/71-ncixcom-is-down/

BTW it's now giving error 522 and a page from Cloudfare saying...
The initial connection between Cloudflare's network and the origin web server timed out. As a result, the web page can not be displayed.

Thanks all for letting me know about NCIX's financial problems. I will miss them.

Sorry to have been the bearer of bad tidings. If it's any consolation, I know how you feel. Here in the UK we've just had Maplin Electronics go into administration.
