What have you got your home page set as.
You can alter your home page by going to
The dots top right hand corner
    Click them
    Scroll down to Settings
    Then Scroll to Advance Settings
    View advanced settings
Where you see show the home button turn off or on
Below that you can set your home page to whatever you want
    Once done
    Press save
That is if you are using Edge Browser

    Assuming you are using Edge..................
Open Edge > top right click the 3 dots icon > click Open with New tab Page > under Open new tabs with, click the pointer and select " A blank page ".

    That's it.

If you are using IE 11, please post back.
