    Can't download


    I can't download anything from internet or email attachments. Have Windows 10 installed by manufacturer (not upgrade). Seem to be using Microsoft edge and can't find explorer in my program list.

    Hi, try checking the folder where Edge puts downloads. Click the symbol with 3 lines top right, you should see 'Downloads Open folder'. Click to open.

    Otherwise do you get an error message? What happens when you try to download sthg?

    You may feel more comfortable with IE or Firefox.

    Try pressing the Windows key and E at the same time. This should launch explorer.
    (I intensely dislike Win 10's start menu and use the free Classic Shell, which properly expresses a traditional start menu containing folders. The Win 10 menu doesn't).

    You can pin explorer to your task bar for convenience if it's not there.
