If you read properly I said to clear the cache like I did in windows 8.1 that should FIX IT
Then do a restart and That should FIX IT
I did not tell her to disable it
I will try to clear the cache. The reset didn't fix it.

    Yes, you did.
You suggested to the OP to disable IE11.

A screenshot of your reply (Post #3) to prove it..................

Yes Mike, I already have Ccleaner installed.
Try clearing your cache and history
    Then try Ccleaner
    Then do a Restart
I was using Google when this happened but mine was 8.1 not 10

By the way, I tried resetting the Cache, but it wasn't listed. Is there another word for Cache?

    To : Jesse Williams,

Depending how serious you consider this issue.
If no solution is found and you want to get to the bottom of it, my suggestion is to do a repair install, otherwise know as in-place upgrade install.
If you don't have the Win 10 iso on hand, you can use one of the 2 links below:

    Media Creation Tool (MCT)
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/soft...load/windows10

    Tech Bench
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/soft...load/techbench

    Using MCT as example................
Download the Tool and run it.
    Then select
Create installation media for another PC
That will begin downloading the ISO file to your computer.
When download is completed, RIGHT click at the ISO > click Mount > click Setup.exe.
That will begin installing Windows 10.
You have the choice of keeping settings, files and apps, ot keeping nothing.
    No product key is required.
    Activation will be automatic.

Here is the tutorial to describe much much more in details
Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade

    Clear IE11 cache.............................
Internet Options > General tab at the top > under Browsing History > (optional) check the box "Delete browsing history on exit > click the Delete button > follow the prompts.

I really hate doing a Repair Install, as I just got my system reloaded from System Reset. This stinks!

If I click Windows Update in Internet Explorer 11, the below screenshot will show you what it says.

If your only problem on your Windows 10 is IE11 then I would NOT do a repair install for such a minor problem Jesse!! But of course the choice is yours. I would not give up trying to fix IE11 just yet. :)

Right now, IE 11 is the only problem. I pretty much have the other issues fixed.
