Windows Live Mail Junk not junk

    Hi all,
    I think I can see some light , I know I can see the Junk folder in W?Mail by clicking on More, what I find/found confusing is the the fact that I cannot alter things via the App ....................I'll now have a play around and see if I can resolve issues, and I will post back with result...........hoping it is sorted

    Thank you all who have been so patient with me ..............I appear to have resolved the issues, junk not junk anymore, blocked Email senders............its just an older brian not understanding technology.

    These forums are so good..............it's a shame politicians don't have one

I have outlook 2013. When I receive junk mail I click on block sender. I still get junk mail from the same sender no matter how many times I click on block sender. This issue applies to all junk mail regardless of the sender.
