Help ! My junk emails are missing !!!

My lovely new Asus Zenbook UX305 came with Windows 10 preloaded. I have successfully set up two email accounts through Mail for W10 and they're working fine , but there doesn't seem to be a junk folder. I'm expecting an email which has been resent three times and has probably been sent to junk box...but where is the junk folder ?
Please keep any suggestions simple as computers don't like me much, so I don't like them much either. Words of one syllable preferred.

Hi have you clicked more on the e-mail you have set up as if you are using the mail app on windows 10 that is where it is.
    Outlook is Junk
    Gmail is Bulk or Spam
    Yahoo is Bulk or Trash

Open your Mail app > left side, click More > Junk folder will show up with the rest.

Hi, again and thanks for suggestions. David, I think that your reply shows me that the "junk" item is missing from my list. I click on "more" and it is simply not there ! Is it possible that the mail part of W10 wasn't loaded properly ? And if that's the case, what can I do about it please ?

OK. I am going to show you how to UNINSTALL Mail and Calendar. I have done that on my Win 10 Home. It works I can vouch for that.

Then I am going to show you how to REINSTALL Mail and Calendar. I have NOT done that and I cannot vouch for it.

    Use this tutorial :
    http://www.howtogeek.com/224798/how-...einstall-them/

Once you have powershell run as admin opened, scroll down to Uninstall Calendar and Mail and copy the script from the box and paste it to the powershell window.
    Then press Enter.
    That takes care of uninstalling.
Go to your Start screen and see if Mail and Calendar are still there. They shouldn't be.

Now scroll down to How to Reinstall All built-in apps, copy and paste the script into the powershell run as admin window.
    Press Enter.
That will reinstall your Calendar and Mail.
See if the Mail will give you the Junk folder this time.

Thanks, I'll give it a try David, but I've used up my allocation of patience for today, so it can wait until tomorrow !
Many thanks to all who offered help, I'll report back once I've done it.
    Regards, AJ
