Read receipt in eMail Client?

Could you clarify what eMC is, please? Which email client? E.g. the Mail app, Thunderbird, .....

But do note that you cannot force a recipient to return a receipt. Users can choose not to send them and corporate servers often have blanket prevention measures in place.
