Additionally MS Edge is deleting my history each time I shutdown Edge.
In the past I was able to look back days . Now nothing in history after I shutdown Edge and open it again.

After scratching my head I decided to backup C: Drive and recove a backup image from a few weeks ago.
Installed all Win10 updates.
And guess what... All the previous known issues with Spell cheker not working, Edge no retaining old history and even Outlook hyper links now working.
I use Malwarebytes as well as Defender and no red flags.

Go figure. We will see how long it lasts so I will keep this thread open for a few days.

Still working as normal.
Had to use the Registry mod for stopping Edge from deleting past history.
Thanks for the registry hack.
