File a Bugzilla Main Page report.

It's especially annoying on blu-ray.com. It happens constantly on that site. It's okay for a minute or two maybe, then those tooltips start getting stuck across tabs. It's killing me. If I cycle tabs back to the first tab where the tooltip originated, then it clears. Until the next one gets stuck.

If on one website it is isolated and not much that you can do but try different browsers.

Have you cleared all history, cookies, etc and restarted? If running any extensions, disable and see if still happens. Open the browser in "clean" or "safe" mode. See if happens in Private or Incognito mod3. Try with different browsers. I stopped using FF back around 2006 because it started to mess up CBS Sheets and went with Chrome. Now moving to Edge to see how it compares to Chrome.

Of course I tried all. I mentioned it earlier in the thread. It's a firefox issue and just recently started happening a few weeks ago. I did a full uninstall and re-install., and it still happens.

Switching browsers isn't an option for me. I have add-ons that I rely on for Firefox and honestly I don't trust using Chrome.

Backup your current profile using this:

Download Hekasoft Backup & Restore 0.85

    Try another uninstall using this:

Geek Uninstaller - the best FREE uninstaller

Allow it to scan for and delete leftovers. After uninstall check that your profile no longer exists and check Program Files / Program files (x86) directories for Firefox folders and delete if found.

Then try installing 32bit Firefox. download link below.

    h**ps://download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-latest-ssl&os=win&lang=en-US

If you want to test my profile (32 bit) then you can download the file I PM'd you, unzip it and then use Hekasoft Backup and Restore to add to Firefox (Use restore option and browse to the extracted file).

Just a test to see if it makes any difference.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that if you want to use my profile then you'd need to extract this:
And drop the extracted folder into the default profile folder.

    %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles

Then edit profiles.ini file and make sure that the profile ID matches the current profile.
