Move from Mail to ATT/Yahoo
My W10 Mail is fed by Yahoo but Mail always lags behind so I want to use ATT/Yahoo as my email. How do I make this change?

Hi, do you mean you wish to move to browser-based mail rather than using an email client?
Presumably you can log in to your existing yahoo account using your browser. Or do you have more in mind? Thanks.
I wish to use Yahoo instead of Mail. Is it better for me to use Mail?
Thank you.
Thank you for your reply.
It's a matter of personal choice.
Basic decisions:
- do you wish to store your email on your PC? - you'd need to use an email client, but then you're responsible for backup. If you download emails from the server and store them locally only, they are not accessible to other devices.
- browser-based email access means you keep emails on the server (unless specifically deleted).
- if you use an email client, you may well have the option to have it scan for new mail periodically and alert you to new email- very useful if you have multiple email accounts.
- if you use an email client, you need to consider the differences between POP3 and IMAP protocols in terms of the options they give you of leaving mail on the servers or not. POP3.
IMAP vs POP3
As to the Mail client, this is NOT a full-featured email client, and, for example, provides no easy way to export or back up email messages, nor does it provide mail rules for sorting mail.
I want to put a link to Yahoo Mail on Edge and W10 toolbar.
