    Wierd, it is also in the latest Development 77.0.230.2 BUT it wasn't there yesterday. They must have the ability to turn settings on or off without any updates.

    My PC boots faster(from a soft shutdown) than those two take to open it feels.(a little exaggeration, but you get the point)

    My Edge starts up normally. You might want to turn off Continue running background apps when Microsoft Edge is closed in settings - system.

    I have that always off in both Edge & Chrome, as I do not create any so called browser apps, I find them useless, and use my bookmarks
    But thanks anyhow for the advice
