Macrium reflect alternatives – cost has doubled recently

I have been using Macrium reflect happily for myself and my customers for last 3-4 years.
I switched away from Easeus to do backup, due to hopeless customer support and the fast that their English is very bad.
In one case they even formatted the wrong disk during dial in, such that I lost all customer data!. Backup files on that disk could not be recovered.

Now Macrium have increased their price to 53 € ex VAT per PC for reflect home, wheras price in March 2023 was 31 € - this is more than 73% increase. See details below.
This is too costly for my customers.
So question is which alternatives can be recommended?

Requirements:
1. Scheduled, online image backup
2. Restore of image backup to same or dissimilar HW (in case you e.g. upgrade to new HW)
3. Offline backup via winPE USB disk
4. Support in English

ad pricing for Reflect 8 Home (One Time Purchase):
21.3.2023 92/4*100/75 ~31 ex VAT
23.1.2024 53,5 ex VAT

There are numerous comparisons, lists, suggestions on tenforums- there was such a thread in the last few days. Feel free to search..

It is unlikely you will find

1. Scheduled, online image backup

combined with disk imaging functions.

Your starter for 10 (there are several):
Hasleo Backup (Chinese) - said to provide the best features of Macrium R (paid).

Huh - the price increased but nowhere near 100%, only around 15%.

I think you are comparing costs for a purchase made on Black Friday, when they usually had a special offer for a few days at 50% off (regrettably no more). Anyway, you can still download free version but cannot update it.

Your '100% increase' is not correct. You did not compare like with like.

Your 2023 price was the price of one licence when bought as part of a 4-pack discount.
Your 2024 price was for a single licence on its own. You can still get a 25% discount on a 4-pack so your calculation is misleading.
