Not sure if this is Windows issue or Syncback

I have posted my issue at another forum on Sunday. no response. But I wanted to know if maybe this is a Windows thing? System is a Windows 10 build 20H2, A/V is Norton ISE.

When I try scheduling a schedule for the program profile and click save, Windows throws up a "restart". See pics. not sure if there is a Windows setting that is causing this, but also not sure if it is the program issue. Wondering if anyone here has seen this and if so how can I fix this

    Thank you

Is your program "SyncBack Free"? I have been using it for years but have never run into such a problem.

Does the problem arise if you import a profile?

Yes, but I also tried creating a new profile and it also does the same thing.

When did you see the problem for the first time?

My friends system had Windows 7 on it when it had a huge failure. It was time to move on so he wanted Windows 10 and we did this. So it happened that same day on a clean install.

I personally have Sync on my Windows 10 build 20H2 .661 and never seen this.

You know, I wonder about that message in the pic of the entering a password in the background. The warning.........I might just try uninstalling sync and then reinstall and see if that fixes it. Will update later

UPDATE - so i uninstalled Sync, rebooted, cleaned system. rebooted, reinstalled sync and same thing. I tried going to the Task Scheduler and editing the profile and same thing occurs.

I may just wipe his profile from Windows and create a new one. I will update later this week if I go this route.

Thanks for all the questions, keeps me looking in to other areas.
